Earlier this week, Time Out New York hosted another one of it’s DLS (Drinking & Libation Society) events at exclusive lounge, The Eldridge, on the Lower East Side.

The DL Society is a civilized league “offering culinary enthusiasts the opportunity to consort with like-minded individuals.”   The society invites and encourages other foodies to join in as they explore some of the most raved-about  or up & coming restaurants, bars, and lounges, with the chance to meet the city’s best chefs, sommeliers and in this case of this week’s event: mixologists.

At The Eldridge, the lovely Lauren Scala was on site filming footage for Time Out as she interviewed master mixologist “Charlotte Voisey,” who put together the delectable menu pictured below. I tried the Solerno Blood Orange Belini, and it was as tasty as it sounds.
