Last night, Amber Lee, Jackie & I made a brief appearance at New York Moves Magazine’s “Power Women Awards 2008″, hosted by Famke Janssen (who Dion reminded me played the tranny “Ava” in 2nd season of Nip/Tuck, ’tis true). Fellow Canadian and Huff-Po “Eat The Press” Reporter–Rachel Sklar picked up one of the awards (and plugged The Great White North as well as our love for ‘the moose’ in her acceptance speech). Fun times! The goat cheese & walnut endive made it worth the trek.
